A Culinary Voice Shaped Over Two Decades
Chef and entrepreneur Mariano Araya has spent more than two decades shaping a distinctive culinary voice within Miami’s dynamic dining scene.
Born in Argentina, he studied gastronomy at Instituto Gato Dumas and refined his craft alongside influential culinary leaders. His cuisine draws on ancestral traditions while embracing a contemporary sensibility.
